NFPA-compliant particulate-blocking fire hood with >95% filtration of carcinogenic particles. The BUFF® Safety Particulate Fire Hood goes beyond thermal protection — adding a dedicated particulate barrier to defend the head and neck against the carcinogenic byproducts of combustion. Trilaminate fabric with an intermediate DuPont™ Nomex® Nano Flex non-woven layer delivers a >95% effectiveness barrier against harmful particles (independently tested), while HeiQ Smart Temp cooling keeps fatigue and heat stroke in check.
