Shipping
We ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping times and costs depend on the items you order and your selected shipping provider. Rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout.
Returns
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we’ll also cover return shipping costs.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.
- Include the return form, original packing slip, and invoice number.
- Exchanges (size/style) require the customer to cover return and new shipping fees.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 weeks after we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Clearance/closeout items
- Custom or personalized products
- Leather/gold shields
- Ballistic vests and protective gear with expiration dates
- Gift certificates
Restricted Items Policy
Certain products (such as body armor, ballistic plates, and items marked “Police” or “Sheriff”) are restricted for purchase. To order these, customers must provide proper identification or authorization.
Accepted documentation includes:
- Department-issued ID card
- Letter of authorization on department letterhead
- Shipment to a department or agency address
Additional state-specific restrictions apply in California and Connecticut. Orders without the required documentation will be delayed until verified.
US Fire Services reserves the right to deny any purchase that does not meet these requirements.
